ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a Tier 1 supplier into the Automotive industry. They pride themselves on meeting customer needs and have had year on year growth for the last 5 years.
They are a global logistics business providing freight forwarding solutions to industrial and commerical customers.
ROLE DETAILS
You will be the subject matter expert in the business leading on winning business and managing client relationships. Using your time critical knowledge, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and tracking KPIs. There is a lot of stakeholder management in this role both internally and externally and you will be interfacing with key decision makers.
This is an all encompassing role where through managing the P+L you will be tasked to make commercial decisions for the business while also driving best practice and meeting agreed SLAs.
Part of your role also involves business development in the air freight space and an understanding of where to seek business opportunities from.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are
- Able to demonstrate that you have done this role in a previous business
- Confident and comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledgeable of the airfreight industry
- Experience of operations TMS
