Air Charter Time Critical Commerical Manager
This is a BRAND NEW role perfect for someone with Time-Critical Air Freight Logistics. You will be working with strategic customers on their airfreight requirements.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a Tier 1 supplier into the Automotive industry. They pride themselves on meeting customer needs and have had year on year growth for the last 5 years.
ROLE DETAILS
You will be the subject matter expert in the business leading on winning business and managing client relationships. Using your time critical knowledge, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and tracking KPIs. There is a lot of stakeholder management in this role both internally and externally and you will be interfacing with key decision makers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
You are
- Able to demonstrate that you have done this role in a previous business
- Confident and comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledgeable of the airfreight industry
- Experience of operations TMS
